i am going to sand it all the way down to get it a flat floor after which paint it. Is there a unique paint and when i paint it’ll i put a sealer paint on it? Transportable be inserting stickers on it before i seal it. Thank you

After you sand it and before you paint it, ( Primer it first ). The primer permits to color to adhere to the skin of the plastic. When the primer coat dries thoroughly then paint it and when that painted coat dries wear your stickers wherever you prefer after which use a transparent coat on most sensible of it. Let it dry after which practice another coat of transparent.

Apply stickers
Then transparent coat let dry to touch and another coat of transparent. One final recommendation If I may also. Transportable you should utilize Acrylic primer and Acrylic Enamel Paint and also an Acrylic Clear Coat. I say this because you are doing a plastic desk. Acrylic paints have a Poly plastic base. I have an old plastic desk that I wish to make into an outdoor desk?
